He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean (Smith) and John Glen Embry; his brother Donnie Embry; and his grandchildren, Samuel Rae Scott, Rachael Scott, Hannah Partridge (Benjamin), Benjamin, Daniel, Lydia, Joel Scott, Andrew, Lucas, Clary Howard, Vanessa and Isabella Kaprian.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Embry; his children, Jeremy Scott (Tasha), Josh Scott (Kristi), Mindy Howard (Brian) and April Embry (Alex Kaprian); and his siblings, Jackie Odum (Mike), Darlene Parker (Ronnie), Susie Blake (Lee), Sharon Embry, Mike Embry (Luanne), Steve Embry, Mark Embry and John Embry.
