He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stone and Nellie Tupper Stone. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Crabtree; his daughter Dr. Rebecca Stone Thornberry (John) of Marinette, Wisconsin; and his brother Arthur Stone of Arizona.
