He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vernon Garrett and Agnes Curl (Neyenhaus); his grandson Wyatt Cronin; and his sister Wanda Raber. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Garrett (Brinksneader); his daughters, Sheri Davis (Steve) of Auburn, CA, Marvenia Kincaid (Danny), Shayla Powers (Keith) and Shannon Sturgeon (Troy Napier); his grandchildren, Ike Glenn (Michelle), Mark Kellems (Whitney), Brandon Powers (Leah), Kyle Powers (Rachel), Tora Walls (Brock Franzman), Marvin Walls (Molly Haaff) and Gracie Sturgeon; and his brother Bill Garrett (Judy).
