She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Ambrose and Georgia Martin Ambrose; her husband Cletus Jacob; her children, Claude and Linnie McKeown; the father of her children Harold McKeown; her stepparents, Zerrell Pryor and Mary Ambrose; her siblings, Rondal, Phillip Ambrose and Bobbie Jean Ambrose Smiley (Seldon Smiley); her niece Lydia Ambrose Payne (Gordon); her nephew Steve Smiley (Becky); and also Frankie Pryor.
She is survived by: her aunts, Wanda, Sissy and Nonnie; her children, Hannah, TJ and Oliver; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Bonnie Ambrose; her nieces and nephews, Ronnie Ambrose (Ann), Anthony Ambrose, Shelda Smiley Young (late Ronnie Young), Diane Ambrose Spuhler (Scott) and Sheila Ambrose Crague (Ricky); and also, Tina Jacob Blandford, Pat Jacob Nation, Megan, Marcie, Molly, MacKenzie Nation Farmer (Wes) and Morgan Nation Kimberlain (Jake). She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
