With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veda Bishop of Hartford, Kentucky, born in Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hub Casey and Lillie Mae Elms Casey; her husband Wendell Earl Bishop; her son James E. Bishop; her daughter-in-law Patricia Bishop; her grandchildren, Jason Wayne Bishop and Jamie Lynn Bishop; and her siblings, Rufus Casey, Herbert Casey, Dorothy Casey, Patricia Felty and Brenda Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Bishop (Rianna) of Beaver Dam and Shawn Bishop (Kristy) of Hartford; her grandchildren, Meegan, Matthias, Mykalinn, Myles, Aly, Presly and Neely; and her sister Maggie Miller of Beaver Dam.
