She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Stewart and Christine Hayse Stewart; her husband Charles Ray Johnson; and her siblings, William Stewart, Jonell Probus, Henry Stewart and Betty Sue Stewart.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Johnson (Alice) of Whitesville, Daniel Johnson of Hartford and Jeffery A. Johnson of Hartford; her grandchildren, Kacey Holland, Justin Johnson, Makayla Davidson, Aydun Johnson, Tydus Johnson, Payton Johnson and Khloey Johnson; her siblings, Gene Stewart of Rosine, Jesse Stewart of Cromwell, David Stewart (Margie) of Rosine and Rossie Stewart; and her pets, Mike Stewart (Patty), Branch, Phyllis Ashford (Mike) of Louisville, Jewel Lene Simpson (Estill) of Louisville and Judele Stone (Larry) of Centertown. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
