We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2024, at the age of 76, Russell Hurd Jr. of Hartford, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hurd, Sr. and Alma Lee Duke Hurd; and his sisters, Betty McLimore and Barbara Foster. He is survived by: his wife Helen Elizabeth Watson Hurd; his children, Gerald Ray Hurd (Erica), Denise Elizabeth Hurd and Angela Hurd; his son-in-law Joe Hunt; and his grandchildren, Trece Fulks, Olivia Gambrel (Reid Stewart), Keon Little, Kelsi Sowders (Charles), Tori Rae Hurd, Shawn Hunt and Gillian Hunt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
