He was predeceased by: his parents, A. K. Stroud and Florence Stroud; and his brother Bill Stroud. He is survived by: his son Dale Masteller (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Nolan Masteller and Makenzie Jones (Hart); his great grandchild Evelyn Quinn Jones (Quinn); and his siblings, Darrell Stroud (Josephine), Robert Lamar Stroud and Ruby (Jim).
Due to the Covid rise, there will be a private family members Only Memorial service, Tuesday Sept. 28, 10 am to 12 pm at First Free Will Baptist Church.
