He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Eugene Culbertson and Juanita Faye Spinks Heifner; his daughters, Megan Messamore (Chris) and Christina Cottrell (Tyler); his grandchildren, Layne, Layla Messamore, Michael and Meggie Cottrell; and his brother Garlan "Eugene" Culbertson.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hartford Funeral Home (114 Walnut St, Hartford, KY 42347). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hartford Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
