He is survived by: his children, Micah Brock (Jason) of Caneyville and Michael Dale Lindsey II (Jessica) of Whitesville; his grandchildren, Alicia Brock (Alex), Taylor Lindsey, Daniel Brock (Natalie), Mariah Lindsey, Michael Dale Lindsey III and Violet Lindsey; his great grandchild Evelyn Rose Brock; his sister-in-law Carmen Lindsey; and his siblings, Mary Lou Daugherty (Buddy), Kathy Hayse (Larry), Bobby Lindsey (Kathy), Charles Lindsey (Judy), Norman Lindsey (Richard) and Dennis Lindsey (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
