He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy "Buddy", Emma Wilkins and Earl Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Kasey Wilkins; his parents, Roy Wilkins (Susan) and Anna Basham; his children, Leland Sandlin, Shauntay Sandlin, Sherman Kimberly, Rollan Kimberly, Lucas Wilkins, Amelia Rowe, Brantley Wilkins, Brenna Wilkins and Jeffrey Wilkins; his grandchild Ezaryah; and his siblings, Kimberly Whitehead (Tyler), Ben Wilkins, James Conley (Brandy) and Summer Basham.
