It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Cecille Rice of Hartford, Kentucky, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Searcy Fielden Raley and Ruth James Whitehead Raley; and her siblings, Searcy Frederick "Fred" Raley, Barbara Ruth Raley Mitchell, Marsha Jewell Raley Reeve and Darya Dawn Raley Spencer.
She is survived by: her sons, Aaron David Messer (Cayce) of Owensboro, Clint Martin Messer (Holly) of Hartford and Dereck Lane Moses Messer of Cromwell; her grandchildren, Adam Garrett Messer, Raley Lane Moses Messer, Garrison Shane Martin Messer and Adalee Mae Messer; her brother David Russell Raley; her pet Branch; and her sister Jillianee Karen Raley Alingh (Ray) of Mt. Pleasant.
