He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Horn, Ella Marie Horn Crabb and Annabelle Hastings. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Brown and Debbie Horn Brown of Beaver Dam; his brother John Thomas Brown of Hartford; his niece Madison Brown of Cromwell; his nephew Mason Brown of Florida; and his great-nephew Christopher Hibbard.
