He is survived by: his wife Wanda Smith Ball; his children, Bentley Ball (Corrie) and Brenna Ball; his grandchildren, Jaron and Jenna Ball; his nephew Larry Smith (Marsha); his niece Sheila Chinn (Sam); his great-niece Kendra Fleener (Kris); his great-nephew Steven Phelps; and his caregiver Sharon Daniel.
