He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winchell and Mildred "Millie" Winchell Langdon (Thomas); and his granddaughter Tosha Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Whitehead (Seifert); his children, Rita Ramsey (Lewis) and Keith B. Whitehead (Dorothy); his grandchildren, James Ramsey (Tonya), Shane Ramsey (Leiann), Jamie Zellers (Nick), Destiny Webb (Bruce) and Brandon Whitehead; his great grandchild Savannah Kunkle; his sister Sally Ress; and his nephews, Jeff Minto (Linda), Tracy Minto (Jane) and Todd Minto (Holly).
