He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Mable Rightmyer Gross; his wife Lynda Dean Gross; his children, Diana Gross and Jamie Lee Gross; his grandsons, Steve Willis and Collin Gross; and his siblings, Gerald Gross, Jr., Terry Gross and Peggy Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, B. J. Gross of Hartford, Janet Willis (Danny) of Owensboro and Dana Cauley (Jeff) of Utica; and his brothers, Jackie Gross (Sherri) of Oak Grove, Billy Gross (Marsha) of Madison and Darrell Gross (Pam) of Dickinson, Tennessee. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
