He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Tolley and Earlean Tolley (Shrum); his wife Diane Tolley (Heath); and his siblings, Linda Mullinax and Marvin Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Wesley, Theresa Edwards (Jason), Beverly Tripp (Bradley) and Mindy Weddle (Dennis).
