He is survived by: his wife Frances Scoggins; his children, Deborah Andresen (James) of Hartford, Traci Gregory (Joseph) of Beaver Dam, Jeremy Scoggins (Courtney) of Henderson and Korinn Scoggins of Hartford; his grandchildren, Leah Bennett (Chris), Brittany Felty (Corey), Jaron Scoggins, Logan Carter and Tyler Carter; his great grandchildren, James Timothy, Sophia, Coraline, Holder and Baby Girl Bennett; and his siblings, Joseph Scoggins (Linda) of Rutledge, Jerel Scoggins (Anita) of Deatsville and Jeanie Lewis (Michael) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
