She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Baize and Viola Simpson Baize. She is survived by: her husband Carroll V. Wade; her children, Dennis Wade (Dorothy) and Diane Lee; her grandchildren, Aaron Wade, Amie Wade and Dustin Lee; and her pets, White Paws and Moochie. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
