James E. Tinsley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Tinsley of Hartford, Kentucky, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Edgar Tinsley and Anna Carter Tinsley; his wife Linda Lou Dockery Tinsley; and his brother Glendell Brooks Tinsley. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Allen (Randy) of Morgantown, Vear Tinsley of Hartford and Karen Baldus (Peter) of Alvaton; his granddaughters, Brandy Johnson (Andrew), Charity Turner and Jasmine Allen; his great grandchildren, Payton, Katelyn, Brooklyn Johnson, Addison and Ethan Alexander; and his sister Octiva Payne of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, along with other family members.
