He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elsey and Helen Elsey (Payne). He is survived by: his children, Samantha Benner (Ryan) of Petersburg, IN and Tyler Elsey (Kelsey) of Washington, IN; his sister Judy Clark (Joe); and his grandchildren, Kade, Jett Benner, Bentley and Peyton Elsey.
