She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Duke and Faye Felty Carson. She is survived by: her husband James Franklin Smith, Jr.; her daughters, Rebecca Clauson (Mike) and Mary Ann Wilson (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Wilson (Chey), Joseph Wilson (Tasha) and Laura McKenna (Craig). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
