He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bolt; his sisters, Jackie Head (Virgil) of Philpot, Sue Howard (Dan) of Whitesville, Nancy Howard of Philpot and Kay Howard (Shelby) of Whitesville; and his brothers-in-law, Al Knott and Norman Martin.
