It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Byrd of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett S. Byrd and Lola Byrd (Phillips); and his half-siblings, Stanley, Donald Boyd, Rema Byrd Langley and Opal Byrd Selby.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Briscoe (Bubba) and Michael Byrd; and his grandson Brandon Briscoe.
