He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Simpson and Ann West Simpson. He is survived by: his brothers, Scott Followell (Tomi) of Lexington and Darrell Followell (Linda) of Danville; his niece Brittany Followell of Lexington; and his nephews, Brandon Followell of Lexington, Justin Followell of Danville and Joshua Followell of Danville.
