He is survived by: his wife Wilma Quillen Kelly; his daughters, Karen Henderson (Mark) of Lexington, KY and Kathy Tutt (John) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Kelly Henderson of Lexington, KY, Katie Henderson (Kendall Anderson) of Nicholasville, KY, John Harold Tutt of Lexington, KY and Melissa Gash (Justin) of Lawrenceburg, KY; and his great grandchild Emmie Gash. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
