He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hopson Hurst; his sister Linda Ellen Hurst; his daughter Jessica Hurst Hughes (Jeremy Hughes); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Jeanne Hughes of St. Augustine, FL. and Alexandra Leigh Hughes of St. Augustine, FL..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - E. Main (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lexington Cemetery (833 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40508).
