He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Leath and Harvey Leath; and his siblings, Juanita Leath, Tony, Michael and Wayne Leath.
He is survived by: his pets, Waggs and Dottie Leath; and his siblings, Virgil Leath of Cincinatti, OH, Cathy Wright (Jerry) of Harrodsburg and Loretta Rowe (Dale) of Penniton, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
