She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Carter and Helen Scott Carter; and her sister Juanita Weldon. She is survived by: her siblings, William Carter (Jerri) of Harrodsburg, Evelyn Mitchell (Bobby) of Nicholasville, Bobbie Weldon of Orlando, FL., Gerinda O'Ryan (Tom) of Monticello and Donna Hopper (Charlie) of Salvisa; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Smith, Joey Smith, Wes Weldon, Sean Shouse, Eric Shouse, Jarrod Carter, Patrick O'Ryan, April Cheak, Gentry Mcpherson and Natalie Steele.
