He was predeceased by: his niece Fallon Grey Casey. He is survived by: his parents, Don Casey and Lynette Casey; his wife Ellen Casey (Van Gilder); his children, Alexis Melise Smith, Larkyn Shane Casey and Maverick Elliott Casey; his brothers, Cody Casey and Jesse Casey of Harrodsburg; his niece Tabor Ray Casey; and his nephew Alexander James Van Gilder. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
