He is survived by: his wife Shirley McElfresh; his children, Jennifer McElfresh (Mike Perkins) and Wesley McElfresh; his grandson Jeremy Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Clayton and Hunter Perkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - E. Main (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at the Bourbon County.
