It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sallie Clarke of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Montgomery and Sara Wathen Rubel Montgomery; and her spouse Augustine "Gus" Edward Clarke II. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Wathen Clarke of Alanta, Margaret McKinivan Clarke Carmickle (Dax) of Lexington, Kentucky, Augustine "Gus" Edward Clarke III (Cheryl) of Milton and Alexander Kenrick Hughes Clarke of Cham, Switzerland; her siblings, Flaget Montgomery Nally of Saint Catherine, Kentucky and Thomas Alexander Montgomery (Jill) of LaGrange, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Dax Alexander Carmickle, Olivia Anne Clarke and Isabella Elizabeth Clarke.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (1125 Danville Rd, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
