He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horn, Jr. and Lois Marie Harmon (Chilton) of Harrodsburg, KY.. He is survived by: his brother Kevin Horn (Tresa) of Harrodsburg, KY; and his stepsisters, Jeanna Janes (Brian) and Jaime Morrison (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
