She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred John and Doris Margaret Jones Turner; her sons, Michale Steven and Leonard John Brown; and her sister Pauline Joyce Wallima.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Heise; her children, Anne Heise (Kevin) of Garrard County, KY, Samuel Brown (Kim) of Harrodsburg, KY, Tony Brown (Erica) of Harrodsburg, KY and Brian Heise (Georgia) of Frankfort, KY; her siblings, Margret Goss of England, Jacqueline Goodship of England, Richard John Turner of England, David Roy Turner of England, Raymond Charles Turner of England, Michael Turner of England and Nigel Turner of England; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Nicole Bryant (Stephen Wayne), Samuel Colton Brown (Kyleigh Coy), Kelly Todd, Dakota Heise, Carla Honshul and Kaylee Honshul; and her great grandchildren, Dallas Griffin, Houstyn Brown and Emberlynn Honshul.
