She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Guthrie; and her parents, William Wallace Howard and Ruth German Elliott. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Turner (Ken) of Murfreesboro, TN, Donna Rhodus (Harry) of Lexington, Debbie Smith (David) of Burgin and Cathy Guthrie (Sean Egan) of Perryville; her grandchildren, Josh Teater (Ashley), Chris Smith (Britney), Jonathan Smith (Jerri Ann), Jennifer Peters (Greg), Ashley Wallace (Kevin), Bobby Alsup (Sara) and Todd Palmer (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Skylar, Randall, Shawn, Parker, Howard, Marli, Miles, Aubrey, Mosi, Bain, Avery and Brooks; her sister Carola Howe of San Rafael, California; her niece Ashley Howe; and her nephews, Donald and Robert Heapes.
