She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Josephine Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Spencer; her daughters, Karen Hughes and Paula Gearheart; her stepdaughter Tresa Blakley (Terry); and her grandsons, Trey Jordan Gearheart and Trevor Jacob Gearheart.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (601 Hill N Dale Rd, Lexington, KY 40503). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
