He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin B. Mullins, Sr. and Jody Allan Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Mullins of Harrodsburg; his daughters, Candace Mullins of Perryville and Summer Mullins (Trent Ledford) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Peyton Marie, Noah Hugh, Lilly Turner, Oliver Turner and Skyler Turner; and his sisters, Vicki Eary (Lee Bright) of Danville and Patricia Lay of Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
