She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McDonald and Frances McDonald; and her siblings, Florene, Jewel, Jean and Irene.
She is survived by: her nephew John Turner (Sherri). She is also survived by many friends, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lorene's name may be made to Hospice East of Winchester, Kentucky.
