He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lee Smith Stinnett; his children, Larry Russell Stinnett, Jr. (Sherry) of Harrodsburg, Steven Shrines of Harrodsburg, David Wayne Stinnett (Brenda) of Deer Lodge, TN, James Gentry Stinnett (Joy) of Alabama, Michelle Claunch (Travis) of Harrodsburg, Dana Carter of Harrodsburg and Christy Carter of Hustonville; his sisters, Becky Smith of Harrodsburg and Frances Major (Earl) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Dillon Stinnett, Addicus James, Sawyer Luster, Jacob Williams, Jeremy, Bryan, Chris Stinnett, Korbyn Graham, Kaydon Lane Holmes, Jacob Harlow, Miah Grace Stinnett, Hunter, Gunnar Puckett, Emma Paisley Stinnett, Brandon Stephen Stinnett, Autumn, Brittany Stinnett, Eli Puckett, Jeremiah Stinnett, Nicholas Stinnett (Brandy), Morgan Phillips, Megan, Brandon Phillips, Shaina Broce, Olivia Grace Luster, Karrigan Holmes and Stella Sue Williams; and also James Benjamin Stinnett (Nettie) of Harrodsburg.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home (304 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
