She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Klinkmann and Mary Klinkmann; and her sister Judith Sorrick. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Glenn Wombles; her children, Bobby Glenn Wombles, Jr., Mary Ladd McElhannon (Ernie), James Richard Wombles and Christy Elizabeth Wadlington (Chad); her grandchildren, Samuel McElhannon, Spencer Wadlington, Anna McElhannon, Simon Wadlington, Stewart McElhannon, Scout Wadlington, Abby McElhannon and Shepherd Wadlington; and her nephew Jim R. Sorrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
