He is survived by: his spouse Kecia French Sparks; his children, David Wayne Sparks Smith of Lexington and Lauren Elizabeth Mansfield (Alan) of Richmond; his siblings, Robert Sparks (Kathy) of Harrodsburg, Theresa Sparks of West Liberty and Eva Sparks of West Liberty; his grandchildren, Kingston Wayne Sparks Smith, Ashton Sage Jones, Riley Sparks, Leland Mansfield and Christian Jones; and his friend Roy Jones Barbourville.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home (304 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
