He is survived by: his wife Marsha Gullett (Cornish) of Harrodsburg, KY; his daughter Callie Brooke Phillips (Billy); his sisters, Debbie Newton (Bobby) and Angie Moore (Tim); his granddaughters, Briley and Baylin Phillips; his nephews, Bryan Moore (Kait) and Kris Newton (Chelsea); and his niece Preslee Moore.
