She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Logan; her parents, Jerry Donovan and Ray Lee Donovan (Britton); her son Taylor Truitt; and her sister Lucille Shain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Summerville of Harrodsburg, KY and Dana Tincher (Mike Murrell) of Versailles, KY; her grandchildren, Todd Truitt, Elizabeth Morgan Tincher and Lane Donavan Tincher; and her great grandchildren, Kason Ray Dennis, Oaklynn McKinnley Tincher and Callahan Logan Tincher.
