It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Larry Blandford of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh Clarence "Chink" and Helen Blandford (Mann) of St. Mary's, KY; his son Michael Cain Blandford; and his siblings, John Irvin Blandford, Joseph Clarence Blandford Jr., Margaret Ann Abell, Charles Adrian Blandford and Louis Bertrand Blandford.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Blandford (Clements); his children, Charlotte Flatt (Ross), Patrick Blandford (Kelly) and Megan Brown (Robert); and his grandchildren, Aubrey Flatt, Olivia, Caroline Blandford, Gregory, Sylvia and Mary Hollis Brown. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in laws, many nieces and nephews and close family friends.
