He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Burnham and Jackie Elam. He is survived by: his siblings, Ben Burnham (Donna) of Denver, CO and Belinda Tarpley-Sottung (Sherri) of Lexington, KY; his nephews, Jim and Tommy Burnham; and his friend Bret Martin. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
