He is survived by: his wife Joann Terhune Milburn; his sons, Bradley Milburn (Tressa), David Milburn (Julia) and Donnie Hampton; his grandchildren, Sandy Milburn, Jordan Breeze, Sydney Breeze, Beckham Milburn, Joshua Milburn (Rosetta) and Jonathan Milburn (Breanna); and his great grandchildren, Christian Milburn, Amelia Milburn and Grayson Milburn.
