He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch C. Hall, and Helen Collins Hall, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Futch Hall; his daughter Elisabeth Hall; his son-in-law John Garcia; his grandchildren, Brighton, Naomie, Miles, Amarra and Roman; and his sister Lynda Arter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
