She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Rhorer; her parents, David and Stella O; her children, James Joseph Hill Jr. and Alesia Gail Rhorer; her siblings, Zella Mae Webster and William O; and her granddaughter Deanna Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Willhoite and Marc Rhorer; and her grandchildren, Whitney Jones (Derek), Lesley Stinson (Herman), Penny Hatfield, Karen Hatfield and Stacey Lewis (Tim). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
