He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Long (Banks); his mother Betty Lowden (Robinson); his daughters, Missy Bradford (Chris) of Harrodsburg, Michelle Cheak (Troy) of Harrodsburg, Angela Russell (James) of Harrodsburg and Melanie Qualls (Lee) of Harrodsburg; his siblings, Kathy "Kid" McBee (Jeff) and Steve Carr (Tammy) of Danville; his grandchildren, Jordan Cheak, Jesalyn Bradford, Jackson Qualls, Jacob Qualls and Mason Cheak; his niece Lisa; and his nephew Logan Nichols.
