With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Jean Clegg Waits of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Bloomington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her daughter Karla Harris (Greg); her parents, Frank Edward Clegg and Myrtle Aigner Clegg; her husband Henry Rowland Waits; her grandsons, Rowland and Cole Harris; and her siblings, Margaret'Margie'Clegg Phillips and Frank'Buddy'E. Clegg, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Betsy Walker (Jeff), Beverley Freeman and Barbara Karen Baumgartner (David); her grandchildren, Robert Baumgartner (Justine), Meghan Fennema (Kurt), Carissa Sexton (Neil), Shelby Foister, Sara Naylor (Brian), Lauren Schoeck and Katie Clay (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Clara, Patrick Baumgartner, Colton, Kaley, Emily, Zachary Naylor, Annabelle, Evelyn Schoeck, Kadence, Karter Whalen and Virginia Lou Clay.
